Quantity Surveyor

One of the UK's largest construction companies is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work on utilities maintenance projects.

My client requires a Quantity Surveyor with utilities experience to assist them in projects for key clients.

Water experience would be preferential, however any utilities experience will be considered.

The Quantity Surveyor must have worked on high volume / low value contracts or maintenance projects.

A successful Quantity Surveyor will have looked after an entire project, from cradle to grave.

This a great opportunity for any Quantity Surveyor to join one of the largest UK construction companies who have an extremely valuable and secure workload.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

-NEC contract experience

-Experience in the utilities sector is essential

-Water experience would be preferential however any utilities experience is suitable

-Experience working on high volume / low value contracts or maintenance projects

-UK Driving Licence

Quantity Surveyor Remuneration

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Hatfield

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, 7.5% pension, 26 days holiday, private healthcare
