Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Location: Projects: Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex.

Office: Buckinghamshire

Company: Main contractor

Salary: £25k - £35k per annum + company car + private healthcare

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity exists for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading construction company. Due to a strong pipeline of work and a number of new projects starting, they're looking to strengthen their commercial team with the addition of an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

The contractor works on civils schemes within the following sectors: Highways, Education, Leisure, Retail and Rail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Intermediate Quantity Surveyor as you will be reporting directly to the Managing QS giving you more responsibility and exposure on projects.

Key Requirements

Civils experience.

Working knowledge of NEC 3 and JCT Conditions of Contract

Will ideally living in a location that is commutable to both the office and site locations.
