£30,000 - £40,000 + 5 weeks Holiday + Progression + Pension

Excellent opportunity for someone from a training or assessing background to join a well-established company offering a role within brand new, state of the art facilities, long term stability and security and days based Monday to Friday role.

In this role you will identify the training needs of the business, plan a programme to roll out the training and deliver the training through classroom training, one to one sessions and e-learning courses. You will also assess the cost of training plans and forecast costings going forward.

The ideal candidate will come from a training or assessing background and hold City and Guilds or equivalent in Assessing as well as Training. Any candidates with an apprenticeship in either a mechanical or electrical discipline.

The Role:

*Assess the training requirements of the business and plan forward action to rectify

*Carry out training through classroom training, one to one sessions and e-learning packs

*Asses costings and forecast future costings

*From a training or assessing background

*Holds a City and Guilds or equivalent in both training and assessing

*Candidates with an apprenticeship in either an electrical or mechanical discipline are encouraged to apply
