iOS Developer

An opportunity has arisen with one of the world's leading technology suppliers, based in their Glasgow office. This position is within their Mobile Development team, working on advanced software solutions that are supplied to the UK police force and fire services. This is a chance to work on new products that can really make a difference to people's lives. You would mainly be working on Law Enforcement applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

* Developing on iOS and Android platforms

* Working closely within the Scrum team

* Providing leadership to Scrum team and junior developers

* Designing, developing and implementing software

* Providing input to user interface design

* Writing technical documentation for software developed

* Fixing defects on existing product

Technical Requirements

* Experience working with Swift or Objective-C

* Knowledge of development of complex mobile applications

* Experience of delivering technical leadership

* Familiar with Core data, UIkit and other Apple frameworks

* Standard Git workflow

* Experience working with RESTful API calls/familiar with JSON
