Transition Manager

Spring Technology is currently looking for a Transition Manager. This is a 6-8 Month Contract based in London.

As a Transition Manager you will coordinate activities between the current company and partners to manage the transition of services and products from a project mode into IT via a service model approach using a standard toolset and process developed. You will attend regular project meetings/calls and update on delivery of IT delivery. Manage and monitor production of status reports & plans and relevant documentation

Essential Requirements:

*Solid technical understanding of corporate IT Network, Server & PC infrastructure and maintenance systems

*Experience in operation of Maintenance oriented IT systems & solutions into an equivalent scale of organisation for at least three years.

*Experience in team management for more than five people as a part of an organisation with equivalent scale of business.

*Knowledge and experience in ITIL, quality management and project management.

Experience in Management of a busy operational IT Support service
