Based in South West Germany and exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to work for a renowned company in the power electronics space. This companies focus has now switched to EV technology and they are looking to expand the EV team with an experienced Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer.
If you are interested in working on automotive technology, then this is the role for you! The Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer will be tasked to develop wireless charging systems for electric vehicles up to 60kw, you will also design SMPS's and be responsible for the development of projects between customers, test centres and production facilities.
The successful candidate should have a relevant degree in electronics or electrical engineering with a proven background in the following.
- Resonant converters
- Battery charging
- Wireless power transfer
- PFC
