Application Developer - DevOps

Description
The Developer will configure solutions that align with the technology strategy, architecture rules and standards and ensure correct integration of services in the infrastructure and the definition of remediation actions in case of incidents. Finally, the developer should make use of automation of infrastructure orchestration and provisioning through infrastructure-as-a-code solutions.
Desirable Skills
* 3+ years of either release engineering, automation, or development experience
* Experience of Agile/Scrum Environment
* Experience with private or public cloud technology
* Experience in configuring Cloud Services and building infrastructure solutions
* Strong communication skills
* Team working mentality and willingness to work jointly on coding activities
* Good 'customer' management skills, with active listening
* Experience working with IaaSand PaaSenvironment
* Experience building continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins, Hashicorp, Consul and Vault to manage configuration and secrets.
* Strong Linux system administration particularly CentOS 7
* High level of proven delivery ability with AWS and Azure technologies
* Strong scripting and automation skills particularly: Python, Bash, Groovy & Powershell
* Good experience with VSTS & GIT
* Knowledge and experience in DevOps processes and tooling (CI & CD, Jenkins/Azure)
* Outline the key activities, tasks or deliverables required of the resource including any essential minimum criteria for the role.
