SAS Programmer

LOCATION: Edinburgh

SALARY: Up to £60,000 per annum

JOB TYPE: Permanent

A new opportunity for talented SAS professional has arisen in the market. My client who is a major technology consultancy in the UK is looking for SAS consultants to join the team and work on several major projects in the financial sector. They are accepting applicants for Edinburgh, also offering the chance to travel across the UK with expenses paid for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Acquire data sources to provide related data sets to business clients

*Carry out business solutions to clients

*Data mining and Data warehousing

*Extracting data and presenting reports using SAS Programming

*SAS-Base, SAS DI Studio, SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, VBA

QUALIFICATIONS

*Very strong SAS programming skills

*Strong in SQL, Unix, VBA, and/or relevant tools

*Experience in Stakeholders Management

*Knowledgeable in the finance and consulting industry

*Interpersonal and Presentation skills
