The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate management and safeguarding of documentation generated by the project team, contractors and suppliers.

This includes documentation such as operating procedures, manuals, engineering/technical reports, correspondence and project management files.

This role will be using:

* Asite

* Aconex

* Sharepoint

* Zutec

* Infoexchange

The Role:

* Control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects

* Prepare, operate and update Document Control Procedures in with the company's procedure

* Work in strict co-operation with relevant managers to ensure project progress status integration

The Candidate;

* Experience as a Document Controller within the Construction/Engineering sector

* Must be competent with Asite and Aconex

* Strong secretarial skills
