Spring Technology is recruiting for an exciting position as a Product owner to be based in Bedfordshire over a 3 month period. The client is offering a day rate of £400-440 per day for this role.

As Product Owner you will be part of a team of other Product Owners responsible for the on-going development of our new multi-channel marketing platform.

The platform has been implemented to enable our CRM teams to deliver personalised marketing programs that drive business value for the at specific stages of the customer lifecycle & journey.

Owning the development of the product end-to-end, you will also work very closely with our Digital Transformation teams to ensure they fully understand and so are able to efficiently deliver the required platform enhancements during our Sprint cycles.

The role holder will have significant previous experience within a CRM-orientated environment, and so will understand and have practised agile principles but must also know what makes a great online customer experience.

As Product Owner the role holder will support in the development of marketing programmes and will play a key role supporting markets post deployment of the Group Marketing Platform, taking responsibility for the platforms roadmap, ensuring our markets make full use of out of the box capability and planned delivery timescales

*Ensure that new functional requirements for enhancements to the platform are fully understood by the Digital Transformation team

*Champion the use of 'off the shelf' platform capability across the markets

*Develop and implement a common set of marketing programs to drive engagement, conversion and customer retention

*Define business requirements

*Develop an overall targeting strategy and rules of engagement

*Understand the different business models in each source market to provide context for the programs and implementation plans

*Support a rigorous and robust testing strategy

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Business Analyst

* Significant experience within the retail, ecommerce or hospitality job sector

* Expert knowledge on Agile Methodologies

* Experience working on marketing products as a Product Owner

* Excellent communication skills
