Business Intelligence Architect - UK Wide - Home working - Client travel - £100,000

A rapidly-growing Microsoft gold partner is seeking a BI Architect to join their team in response to a number of project wins and continued success. You'll be working across the full project lifecycle you will be working with a highly specialised team of MS BI experts, using the Azure Data platform..

As a Microsoft BI Solution Architect, you will use your knowledge of the Microsoft stack to build OLTP and data warehouse workloads across traditional on-premises and cloud platforms or to build best practice reports, dashboards and visualizations.

Home working role althouh expected to travel to client sites 60-70% of the time, so a full driving licence and the flexibility to have some overnight stays is essential.

Role includes;

* Design and build MSBI solutions across on-premises and cloud platforms

* Enterprise designs including high-availability, platform migration, high-performing solutions

* Work with clients, local teams and offshore resources to deliver modern BI solutions

* Assist in Proof of Concepts

* Assist in Pre-sales

* Lead on aspects of day to day delivery in agile delivery environments

* Build relationships with clients to establish a high-level of MSBI expertise

* Internally, you will help identify improved ways of working, contribute to the I&D practice and mentor juniors and be part of a knowledge management initiative.

This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary up to £100,000 for the right candidate plus benefits and all expenses paid while travelling.
