Computer Futures are working with a global Health care and Pharmaceutical client who are actively recruiting for an experienced Pharmaceutical Data Operations Consultant join their business for a 13 month contract. This role is based in Uxbridge and will be entirely office based.

Job Outline:

* You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of data management services for single/multi-service projects.

* Serves as an overall Operations Manager for Customer Information Management

* Liaise with local customer data and operations teams in Europe and to provide Project Management support to any ongoing or new customer MDM projects.

* Conduct business UAT for any MDM upgrades or enhancements

* Oversee the work of Data staff to ensure data requirements and issues are resolved to business satisfaction

* Support Data Quality improvement initiatives for Customer Master. Determine current state issues with data quality and identifies the root cause of those issues. Recommend plans to address and resolve the root causes of data quality problems and supports the pull through of the recommendation.

* Monitor and analyse throughput and quality metrics to ensure contracted SLA's are being met

Must have:

* Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations experience

* Experience in Master Data Management operations

* Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple stakeholders across multiple countries

* Experience in Project management, communications

* Understanding of customer data, processes and technologies

* Basic SQL skills to query databases for Data Quality assessments and profiling

* Experience in client-facing role

Contract Length: 13 month

Rate: £300 a day

Location: Uxbridge
