An established Cloud Computing Business in Bristol, has recently received high levels of investment to help continue their highly recognisable service to enterprise and blue-chip level corporations. The company's IT Operations Team is in urgently need of a Network Team Leader. The position itself will be based at the spine of the business, working on Greenfield projects, focusing on DESIGN, PROJECTS & SUPPORT.

You can either be skilled within Cisco or Juniper Networks, and preferably progressed from the route of Network Engineer. The team you will lead consists of very capable Network Engineers, responsible for ensuring hosted facilities are operating effectively, whilst promoting the use of latest technologies across the team and business.

You will have a strong technical background in enterprise data centre deployments with great customer service and communication skills to deliver both technical support and project capabilities. You will also have Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic and rapidly growing environment.

How you day will look;

* Leading defined team projects and activities, carrying out and directing other team members to carry out complex delivery and configuration activities, and resolving problems without guidance from a manager.

* Design and management of Cisco or Juniper Networks supporting SIP-based telephony products.

* Managing network operations for enterprise data centre deployments.

* Working with open source and commercial network management tools.

* Maintaining performance levels, which meets or exceeds standards as defined in the performance metrics.

* Representing the Networking Team within meetings, communicating with customers, stakeholders and at all levels in the business.
