A brand new & unique role has arisen for an experienced Project Manager / CRM Consultant to product own all CRM activities within this well-known charity based in Kings Cross, London. This unique role combines multiple skills which include strong CRM knowledge, strategical deployment, project management, business Analysis and Product Management. This is a perfect role for someone who is a brilliant communicator who wants to revolutionize how this charity uses its CRM and owns the entire systems.

As the Project Manager / CRM Consultant you will play a major role in the decommissioning of the current Sibel CRM and play the major part of the adoption of brand new CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics) across the charity. You will need to have strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce or Dynamics cRM but any CRM is fine) and understand how departments needs differ when it comes to the system. This role could be right for a CRM Business Analyst, CRM Project Manager, CRM Product Manager, CRM Product Owner or CRM consultant as you will be utilizing a combination of all these skills.

Skills required for the Project Manager / CRM Consultant are:

- Strong knowledge / experience working with CRM projects / products

- Brilliant communicator and great stakeholder management

- Ability to gather requirements, map processes and manage projects

- Experience in taking ownership of a CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM or any other)
