Quality engineer role on offer for a company that has undergone huge investment into product development, staff development and integrating a brand new quality system.

Are you a quality engineer with experience of QA work in a manufacturing or production environment?

Established over 100 years ago this company design and manufacture a variety of specialist vehicles for applications across the globe. They have invested millions into a brand new site and as a result of their expansion require an additional Quality Engineer.

You will play an integral part of ensuring that any product issues are investigated through route cause analysis. You will champion corrective and preventative action and play an active part in the success of projects through working closely with other teams in the business.

The ideal person will be a quality assurance engineer with experience of leading projects linked to improving product quality. You will familiar with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, quality techniques and auditing linked to New Product Introduction.

The Role:

*Quality Assurance role

*Investigating product issues

*Champion corrective actions for non-conformance

*Cross functional quality projects to support production and assembly

*Supplier quality audits

The Person:

*QA experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment

*Experience of route cause and corrective action

*Experience of auditing

*A logical, methodical approach to problem solving

*Strong communications skills
