Collections Strategy Senior Analyst

Based Manchester

Salary to c. £50,000 plus benefits and bonus

This leading bank are currently increasing the size of their Collections Strategy team. As a result, they are now seeking an additional Senior Analyst to join the team based in central Manchester.

This is a great role, and one in which you can have a clear business impact through the work you do. In the role you will use in-depth data analytics and performance review to build, monitor, maintain and optimise the collections strategy. This will cut across stages of a customer lifecycle - pre delinquency, core collections and recoveries. The customer base is a mixture of consumer credit lines as well as some small business lending.

You will analyse performance, and be responsible for spotting trends and produce insight that will drive corrective action for the operational teams. Your recommendations for collections and recoveries strategy will be supported by rigorous analysis and sound logical frameworks.

To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will have a good background in data analysis, although this may not necessarily have been gained in a collections environment. You will have advanced skills in a toolset such as SAS (or R, Matlab, SPSS or similar). Full training can be provided in the business function if you have the correct analytical background.

For more information on these roles, and to apply, please contact Ben Halfpenny on 0161 817 7805 or via the Apply Now link below.
