Service Desk Analyst / ITIL - Customer Support role with well-established company providing web applications to blue chip clients. In this 1st Line Service Desk Analyst role you will be the first point of contact for customer support and service incident reports. You will join an established service desk taking calls and emails from clients and handling incidents and escalating based on ITIL processes. Your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and resolve incidents and request from clients to meet SLAs.

Skills and Experience Required for this 1st Line Service Desk Analyst role include :-

      •     Commercial experience in a busy Customer Support, Service Desk or B2B Call Centre.

      •     Excellent communication skills and telephone manner - highly accurate verbal and written communication is essential.

      •     An understanding of ITIL processes - ideally ITIL V3 Foundation certified.

      •     Experience in a ticket based support system and ability resolve or escalate incidents
