Are you a Marketing Cloud Team Lead looking for a new challenge to keep you on your toes? A growing digital agency are growing their team and need you to manage the technical design, development, implementation, testing and on-going support of various marketing cloud solutions, across a wide range of projects.

You will be managing a team who implement these solutions and support clients, and you'll be responsible for ensuring they are working on priority tasks and delivering solutions within the estimated time frames. You will build good working relationships with these customers on the technical side, strengthening partner relationships and helping to educate the wider business on vendor capabilities.

Your roles & responsibilities will include:

- Managing a small team of 6 SFMC Consultants, ensuring projects are well managed & prioritised, and the standard of work is high, meeting client expectations.

- Ensuring the team continually develop their knowledge and attain & retain certifications.

- Implementations from inception through to delivery including UAT support and client sign off.

- Providing pre and post sales and implementation support on partner marketing applications (primarily Adobe, Salesforce, IBM Watson Marketing) to internal teams.

- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and marketing product offerings

- Build good working relationships with software vendor partners in order to act as a services provider

You'll have the following:

- Experience implementing marketing cloud solutions, Adobe, Salesforce & IBM

- Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe/Google Analytics, Salesforce Sales & Service cloud, DMP solutions

- PRINCE2, Agile

- Data manipulation, exploration, analysis and data integrity

- Client facing experience

You'll be a self-starter, with the ability to work on own initiative, yet contribute and work within a team and the wider business. You'll communicate clearly and be confident & personable so you're capable of building good working relationships.
