£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Pension + Holiday

The company specialise in the design and manufacture of products for a wide range of clients around the world. They are currently going through a huge drive to expand their market share and push further into their existing industries, and now have won more contracts in Europe and are increasing their production capacity.
In this role you will be reporting to the quality director and will be responsible for management of the quality engineering department. The two main areas are customer returns and defects and NPI. You will be leading the team in regards to processes and performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will be a quality manager from a manufacturing or production background. You will also have strong QMS experience.
