Project Manager Manufacturing

Start: As soon as possible

Location: Solothurn or Neuchatel

Duration: Minimum 6 months

According to the new EU Medical Device Regulations (EU MDR) all medical device companies must demonstrate and maintain compliance by May 26th 2020.

Main responsibilites

* The Project Manager is supporting and coordinating all manufacturing activities

* Controlling and directing manufacturing validation efforts for existing and new processes

* Support in reviewing and releasing of MPI & Risk Management activities

* Verifying and handling all administrative paperwork and formalities in coordination with multiple departments

* Reviewing and optimizing processes in specified areas

* Communicating project implementation options, schedules, quality and risk to stakeholders

Experience

* Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in the management of business projects by using project management tools ( e.g. MS project) and the ability in defining, planning an managing projects effectively

* Experience in an Medical Devices regulated environment is essential

* Ability in taking ideas from the concept to realization

* Skills in PLM system, Agile PLM, SAP is required and Windchill, Adaptive will be a plus

* Minimum Bachelor`s degree or equivalent and extensive project experience

* Certificates in Project/Program Management will enhance the candidacy

* Solid understanding of project management methods and Lean Manufacturing

* Languages: English spoken and written; French is a plus
