Senior Data Governance Analyst (Insurance)

Im seeking an Senior Data Governance Analyst to join an esteemed London Market Insurer in Central London on a 12 Month FTC basis.

Youll be operating as a data governance analyst (across regional and subsidiary offices), and supporting operational imperatives:

1 In support of a data orientated Shared Services to focus on operational and transaction based activities including market data collection, aggregation, analytics and Business Intelligence and Management Information reporting and integrate related shadow activities across the organisation

2 In support of Protect, Promote and Provide, Data Governance will deliver improved assurance in operating efficiencies and effectiveness

3 Achieving cost efficiencies in targeted areas e.g. consistent data governance

Duties:

* Contribute to the operational data quality processes for Solvency II

* Responsible for ongoing operations related to Solvency II Data Directory

* Responsible for Solvency II Data Deficiency process for the regional offices and subsidiaries including working with data and process owners on the logging, impact assessment, resolution and communication of incidents

* Conduct the Solvency II risk and impact assessment

* Deliver the appropriate data quality management information reporting

* Contribute to the evaluation of alternative business processes and/or software to improve the data governance from quality prospective
