Global provider of data protection solutions is seeking a driven and customer focused Support Engineer to join their Customer Support Help Desk. Reporting to the Customer Support Team Lead, you will be the primary contact for all clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional 1st line technical support. You will be responsible for accurately logging tickets in the company's system, debugging and resolving issues and appropriately escalating issues to the 2nd / 3rd line support teams when necessary.

Requirements:

*Previous technical support experience (internships are acceptable)

*Knowledge of Azure, AWS and Office 365

*Good knowledge of Networking

*Excellent problem solving skills

*Must be educated to A-Level's

*A genuine interest in technology and keen to learn new skills

*Excellent communication skills
