Excellent opportunity on offer for someone looking to work within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, for a rapidly expanding market leader who are known for training and developing their staff.

Do you have a strong electrical background? do you have experience within a FMCG environment?

Established early 1900's this blue-chip company have been manufacturing within the UK for over 50 years. Due to continuous growth and aggressive expansion plans, this company now require additional engineers to join their engineering team.

In this role you will be involved in a large project which includes the installation and commissioning of 5 new production lines, you will be installing, maintaining and service these lines. You will ensure that the lines run continuously with minimal downtime which will include preventive and reactive maintenance. This role gives you the opportunity to be involved with breakdowns, maintenance, modifications and improving wastage to production machinery.

The ideal person will be an electrically biased time served engineer with strong mechanical skills and have experience of working in an FMCG environment.

The Role:

* Maintenance Engineer

* Working on Motors, Controls, Sensors and PLC's

* Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new production lines

* Maintenance, Breakdown, Installations, Wastage Improvement

* Monday-Friday - Double Days - Earlies and Lates

The Person:

* Electrically bias engineer with some mechanical skills

* Experience within an FMCG environment.

* An ability to work off initiative and work on your own

* Wants to play a pivotal role within a growing company
