A business formed in Australia in 1938 that now provides solutions to organisations in the public, private and third sector across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Far East is looking for a Software Consultant to join its team in Walsall.Their products are the result of more than thirty years of investment in technologies and people, focused on the provision of integrated HR and Payroll software solutions.
They are looking for someone to train customers in the setup and configuration of databases, advising them on the best practice as well as providing a consultancy service as and when required. For doing this, you will receive a quarterly bonus after 18-months, a great pension and health care scheme plus gym membership once your probation is completed.
As a Software Consultant, your daily duties will be:
Providing quality training to new and existing customers.Working in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.Imparting relevant knowledge to the customer.Assisting with sales demonstrations when required.Travelling extensively throughout the UK and at times worldwide.Assessing further training and software requirements. To be a successful Software Consultant, you will have the following skills and experiences:
Demonstratable time management skills.Strong Chris21 and general IT system knowledge.The willingness to travel worldwide.Relevant industry and experience is desired.Must hold a current driving licence. Your normal working hours will be Monday-Friday, 09:00-16:30.
In return, a Consultant will receive an initial starting salary of £35,000 whilst going through a training period. The salary will then increase upon completion.
