1st Line Engineer

One of clients who is a large Housing Association in Merseyside is looking for a 1st Line Infrastructure Engineer to join their team to assist with general tickets and IT Infrastructure issues, as they are going through a large restructure. That said they have a 650+ user base (not including the mobile team), therefore the candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and have excellent customer service skills. You will be reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager and MUST have a ITL Qualification.

The candidate must have experience working with Windows Technologies, Access Directories, VMWare, Horizon Discovery Sessions, SysAid or other service management services. Previous Housing Experience would be beneficial.

Role: 1st Line Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Merseyside

Day Rate: £150-£155

Contract: 4 months

Start Date: 9 November potential sooner)
