Software Tester

The client:

My client are leading the way in 3D gaming. They have a stunning office in Newcastle where they create the most stunning games on the market with customer requirements in mind. They know that the customer experience is key and customers are demanding slick visuals within their games. They have achieved high levels of success in recent years and are looking to increase their staff numbers.

As a result of their success they have received more and more demand for their work. For this reason, my client are searching for talented software testers with a background in automation testing and exploratory testing to focus on the front end reliability of software packages. As part of your role you will be expected to perform a large amount of testing across browser and mobile devices. Alongside this you will be expected to create reports through Jira and report findings to senior staff members.

This role is an ideal fit for a software tester looking to break into a progressive company with six months to a year worth of experience behind them. The gaming industry is thriving and you can too!

What my client expects:

Knowledge of Jira.

Knowledge of AWS or other cloud based technologies is desirable.
