Salesforce CRM Manager - 3 month contract - London, UK
My aspiring non for profit client are looking for a CRM manager to manage different suppliers in the business as well as maintain to Salesforce system. The succesful candidate will have good configuration/administrator ability and be able to communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements for what the business needs.
The succesful candidate will have:
* Configuration experience on a Salesforce platform
* Workflows, dashboards, user reports (etc)
* Experience managing stakeholders and implementing company requirements
* Excellent communication skills
* Change Management, Forecasting & Reporting, Digital strategy
* Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
* Salesforce Certifications (desirable)
* Previous Salesforce experience (desirable)
