Fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a 2nd line support position within a luxury retail brand highly renowned across the UK retail market!

Based in Central London, our client is a world leading retail business who is renowned for its Luxury products which are supplied across the country! Having an increased workload up until the new year, they require additional 2nd line /desktop support to help support the existing team.

You will be responsible to provide 2nd line Support for there on premise cloud based infrastructure to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation. The scope includes; Windows, some Mac, hardware, Office 365, Phone, AD, etc.

This is the perfect position for an immediately available contract looking to gain luxury retail experience whilst securing work over Christmas.
