They are now looking for a Salesforce Support Specialist to join them in Milton Keynes and help to provide a high level of support to their EMEA employees.

The Role
As a Salesforce Support Specialist, you’ll provide technical support to employees using Salesforce.
In this key role, you’ll be heavily involved in both the day-to-day maintenance of the system, as well as the process of making ongoing improvements.
Acting as a Salesforce superuser, you’ll effectively prioritise a wide variety of cases and will use a diplomatic approach to manage stakeholders’ expectations.
Specifically, you will:
- Assist with data management, quality or system usage requests
- Develop, create, and maintain the integrity of customised reports and dashboards
- Keep users informed about system functionality and enhancements
- Set up standard reports that enable consistent EMEA reporting
- Carry out data cleansing tasks
About You
To be considered as a Salesforce Support Specialist, you’ll need:
- At least two years’ experience of using Salesforce
- Experience of working within a sales and/or commercial environment
- An analytical approach to problem-solving
- To enjoy working with IT users and the variety this brings
- Strong communication skills
It would be great if you had experience as a Salesforce Administrator, but this isn’t essential as training will be provided.
