Dynamics AX Support Team Lead - £44,000 - Manchester

I am working with a Microsoft Gold Partner that are looking for someone with a background in both general IT & Dynamics AX support in relation to business processes. You will join the team at a team leader position and given the responsibility of managing a small team with a mixture of Functional Business Analyse and technical support output.

From day 1 you will have a development road map laid out in the form of Microsoft certifications and direction to work with the most exciting Microsoft products/ projects on the market. Ideal if you want to transform your support experience into a more managerial focussed role.

What you will bring to the table:

* Proven background in an IT Technician/ Support role

* Experience with MS Dynamics AX - D365, AX2012, AX2009

* Background working in a small team with increased responsibility

* Experience working from a requirements gathering/ business analysis point of view

* Dealing with a support desk and system ticketing function
