Machine Workshop Manager (Continuous Improvement))
£38,147 + Overtime + Training + Pension + Company Benefits

Are you a Workshop Manager looking for a high-level, autonomous role with a market-leading manufacturer where you can leave your stamp on a department and achieve its targets as you see fit?
This is an excellent opportunity to implement the latest continuous improvement techniques to achieve departmental goals whilst undergoing training on a huge variety on state of the art products.
The company are specialists in their sector and are known for their high quality and standards whilst working on bespoke and unique projects for a wide range of customers.
This role would suit a Workshop Manager ideally from a mechanical background with knowledge of continuous improvement techniques.
The Role:
*Responsible for the achievement of the output plan for the department, through efficient management of all available resources.
*Achieve all quality, cost and delivery targets through promotion and implementation of continuous improvement technologies
*Morning shift role - 6am - 2.30pm (11am finish on Friday)
The Person:
*You will be a Workshop Manager ideally from a mechanical background
*You will ideally have knowledge of continuous improvement or modern manufacturing techniques.
