As Global Sales and Loyalty Manager, you will be critical in delivering on our hugely ambitious plans over the next few years. It is a great opportunity to take on operational and commercial responsibilities in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the global budget for direct selling costs
Ensuring the effective allocation of our investment in acquiring and retaining customers across all our markets and channels
Creating best practice sales policies and processes and helping to build capability in our local sales and loyalty teams
Creating strong reporting and governance to manage the effective spend of our investment
Ensuring that markets are delivering on their targets
Working with our local teams to build a consistent, world class sales and loyalty operation in all our markets
You will need considerable experience in operations management with strong leadership abilities and the ability to influence and motivate a global organisation and manage a diverse range of stakeholders
