Real Staffing has partnered with a leading organisation, specialising in cell therapy products.

Due to an increase in work demand and exciting pipeline, our client is currently seeking a Production Manager, on an initial temporary contract, leading to a permanent position, for their gene therapy production facility.

This is an exciting role for someone to take on a breadth of responsibility and act as the key point of contact for a well-recognised ATMP production facility.

Role responsibilities:

* Manage, lead and guide production staff

* Ensure production of all products are in accordance with GMP regulations

* Liaise with QC, QA, and senior management within the facility on production processes

* Introduction of new procedures in the facility

* Identify areas of production improvement

* Prepare and review batch documentation

* Investigation of trends

* analysis of implications of any change to production protocols or equipment failures

* Overseeing production runs

* Training of production staff

The ideal post-holder will have:

* A BSc (or equivalent) in a biological science subject

* Excellent knowledge of GMP and ATMPs within a production environment

* Aseptic manufacturing and clean-room experience

* Ability to develop SOPs
