Interaction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join a leading software vendor specialising in SaaS based supply chain solutions. They are a well-known and trusted organisation with a large client base spanning the UK. Our client are cash rich and continually expanding year on year, making them a great company to work for with great office benefits including an increasing holidays scheme and rest areas for staff.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst who will work with both the development operations and commercial teams on a range of exciting projects including ERP, warehouse management and ecommerce. Your main responsibilities will involve facilitating meetings, workshops and interviews with stakeholders as well as analysing and documenting business requirements. You will also be presenting solutions back to the stakeholders and in the process developing strong relationships with both the internal and external stakeholders. Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in business administration or a similarly related field
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience in a Business Analyst role
- Exposure to SDLC (software development lifecycle) exposure with experience of ERP, supply chain, wholesale sector or warehouse management systems
- Strong experience writing Functional Specifications
- Experience using modern techniques and tools for modelling business processes
- Experience building the business case for the proposed process and able to successfully present this to stakeholders
- Willing to travel and work on customer sites in the UK and Ireland which may involve overnight stays
