These are Technology Management careers with extra bite. With a global business that’s still growing fast. With 14m app downloads last year. With 172.4m annual food orders through mobiles, tablets, consoles, desktops, chatbots, voice-enabled tech and more, Just Eat has something extra for the hungriest Technology Managers. Getting your team fired up about the vast potential here, you’ll develop a high profile management career on the global stage.

As a Technology Manager, you’ll become an essential partner across our business -someone who can roll out and develop our capabilities further by tapping into the skills of your gifted engineering team. When things move this fast, you need bags of energy. And the ability to hit the ground running. So, whilst developing your people will be a key part of your technology management role, we’ll expect you to be a hands-on coder too. That means you’ll need a track record of delivering effective software as an individual contributor. We’ll also look to you for the technical direction and engineering quality of an engineering team who’ll bring our visions to life, as well as a knack for working closely with Product Managers to design and implement solutions our customers will love.

It’s a vital role. And one that’ll see you taking responsibility for the reliability, availability, support, architectural coherence, solution design and technical roadmap of your team’s components in production. That means we’re looking for Technology Managers with experience of operating, managing and delivering results in a technology leadership role - combined with experience of B2B and B2C technology/software products, and leading teams of Engineers. Exceptional stakeholder management skills (in and outside of tech departments) will be key too, as well as technical skills and experience that include C#, ASP.NET, design and development of REST API architectures, and development within event-driven or Microservices Architecture and using JavaScript/CSS frameworks.

As a Technology Manager, your benefits will include a pension, generous annual leave, Childcare Vouchers, discounts, private medical insurance, a paid charity volunteer day and even a choice of hardware. Plus, training to keep your skills sharp, such as courses, coaching, mentoring, webinars and access to online learning resources. We believe variety is indeed the spice of life and our inclusive culture welcomes everyone who shares our passion, talent and ambition. It’s an exhilarating place to be - at an exciting time. Join us, and enjoy extra.
