DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER - EDINBURGH OR GLASGOW - 3 MONTH CONTRACT

My client currently requires driven and enthusiastic individuals to join them to assist in providing desktop support, along with carrying out some light network admin duties. The locations available for this position are Edinburgh City Centre or Glasgow City Centre.

Within this role you will be providing incident resolutions in a customer service style environment via telephone, email and remote support applications. You will need to have a strong understanding of various aspects of IT, a customer-focused approach and great communication skills.

For this role you must have:

* Previous experience in similar desktop support position

* Ability to identify issues, whilst providing exemplary customer service

* Competent at working through ticketing systems

* Solid grasp of networking operating systems and hardware

* Experience in adding new users (Active Directory)

* Good understanding of Office 365

* Experience working with SCCM
