FinTech SaaS Sales Manager £60k & Great Bonus Structure

I am working with a FinTech company seeking a Sales Manager to lead a Field Sales Team across the UK. You will have experience in High Volume, Low Value Software Solution Sales - ideally within Finance & Accounting as well as the Man Management experience that comes with leading a team of Field Sales Professionals. This is a home-based role & ideally you will be in the Midlands. My Client are expanding at a great pace and seek the Sales leadership experience required to bring them to the next level.

A base salary of up to £60k + Car Allowance is on offer with a great bonus structure making a Double OTE achievable. You will be targeted on Performance Metrics & still have some day-to-day involvement with key clients. As this business grows your role will diversify and there are some excellent career progression opportunities in the near future. While this is a home based role - company culture remains important and this client does all they can to integrate the team and build a sense of harmony. Above industry standard holiday allowance and a fantastic benefits package is on offer.

Day to day will involve visiting the UK-Wide Sales Team in their patch, discussing strategy and understanding their pipelines. You may be involved in client visits and you will take ownership of your Team's development. The existing team are already performing with great numbers so your on-boarding will be relatively seamless.

Skills required for this role:

* Financial/Accounting Software Sales Experience required with knowledge of the industry.

* Background leading Field Sales Teams.

* UK Driving License & car

* Strong career progression ambition.
