Senior Analyst - Secured Credit Risk Portfolio Management

Real Staffing is currently working with one of the original and established "challenger" banks to assist them in the recruitment of an experienced Credit Risk Senior Analyst to work on the delivery of credit risk strategies for within their secured portfolios.

This role will focus specifically on their growing residential and buy-to-let portfolio. You will be tasked with shaping and delivering the risk appetite for products optimising the risk-reward balance as well as managing and monitoring the impairment and credit risk performance of the mortgage product range.

This is a hands on technical role so it is expected that you will have come from an analytical background, and your expertise will include utilising SAS and other tools. That said you will be able to offer considerable knowledge of credit risk procedures and practices including Scorecards, Policy, Credit Bureau as well as an understanding of appropriate Regulatory change. You will also have strong stakeholder management skills to face off to other areas of the business including finance and product development.
