Estimator

One of the UK's leading housing contractors is seeking an Estimator to work on a major housing contract in the Birmingham area, dealing with both new build projects and refurbishment work.

Our Client will consider Estimators at all levels from assistant through to senior as they have two positions to fill.

Ideally you will have experience as an Estimator working on residential projects, however this is not essential and my client would be very interested in candidates with other construction experience.

They will also consider Estimators who have either a new build background or a refurbishment background as they have work in both of these areas.

Estimator Requirements

-Experience in the residential sector is ideal but not essential

-New build or refurb experience

-Experience as either an Estimator, Assistant Estimator or Senior Estimator

-UK driving licence - sites based across the Midlands

Estimator Remuneration

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham

Other benefits: Car/Car allowance, generous pension, holidays
