Engineering Manager (DAYS)

Manchester

£32,000 + Overtime + Pension + Holiday + Benefits

Excellent opportunity for an electrically biased engineer with previous supervisory or management experience to join a well-established company who have grown off the back of large investment and can now offer stability, career progression and an excellent working environment.

On offer is the chance to take on a fully autonomous role managing a small engineering team and contributing to the success of a large production department.

In this role you will take charge of a small engineering department, providing key support to the function of the business, minimising machine downtime, managing service contracts and ensuring production runs to schedule.

The role:

·Managing a team of 3 engineers - liaising with a large production team

·Some hands-on electrical maintenance

·Managing service contracts and risk assessment

The person:

·Electrical maintenance experience

·Previous supervisory / management experience
