IT Business Analyst Trainer / Tutor

About our role: Are you a current Business Analyst who enjoys training, coaching, and facilitating learning in the workplace? Or are you a current Business Analyst Trainer looking for a new opportunity to share your knowledge and experience with our workplace experienced apprentices who are hungry to grow their skills to gain our L4 Qualification giving them career progression and further development. A rewarding role as you watch your learners grow.

Your focus: The role will involve a blend of teaching, practical exercises, supporting self-study activities and assessment. The programme involves a wide range of skills across Business Analysis. It is expected that the Tutor would be able to deliver majority of the classroom sessions as aligned with the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis but at busy times would involve other Tutors. As a result, the role will require close working with the Service Delivery Team and other tutors to ensure smooth handovers between sessions, consistent approaches to assessment and a shared understanding of apprentice progress

Bring your experience:

-Experience of working as a Business analyst in diverse environments

-Experience of working with IT/IS Change projects

-Experience of working through the full cycle of Business Analysis including liaison with various stakeholders.

-Experience of working with data including data reporting.

-Previous experience of teaching/training different audiences (classroom or workplace)

-Completed and certified in the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis

-Experience with BCS Business Analysis Modules such as Requirements Engineering, Commercial Awareness, Business Analysis

-Practice, Systems Modelling and Business Change.

-Excellent communication skills

-A logical thinker and a passion to achieve

Salary range: £40-45k + Company Benefits
