IT Support Engineer (2nd Line)
Our well-established client has continued with their success and is now looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team in South Birmingham. This would be the perfect role for somebody that would enjoy a close-knit team and to work within a supportive environment.
As an IT Support Engineer you will be required to:
-Provide quality 2nd Line support for a wide range of clients both remote and on-site for a range of technical issues, queries and incidents, escalating to 3rd line when necessary within strict SLA timeframes.
-Working quickly and efficiently to respond, resolve and 'first-time-fix'.
-Offer help support and mentoring other team members as required.
The IT Support Engineer will ideally have:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous experience in a similar role providing technical IT Support to clients in a commercial environment.
-Experience working with Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Windows Servers including Server Virtualisation (HyperV / VMWare).
In return for your skills and experience my client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 plus an excellent company benefits package!
