Senior IT Support Our client, a global Tier-One Investment Bank, is looking for an experienced Senior IT Support Analyst to join their team based in London on a permanent basis. The Senior IT Support Analyst will be joining a highly professional environment in flush, open-plan offices. The bank focusses on the divisions of Wealth and Asset Management, Investment Banking and Corporate Banking.Senior IT Support - Key Skills:

'€¢Ability to deal with Traders in high pressure, fast-paced environments'€¢Familiar with Bloomberg and/or Fidessa, or another Order Management System (OMS)'€¢Thorough understanding of FIX Protocols'€¢Sound knowledge of Equities'€¢Committed and client oriented, proactive in providing excellent customer service'€¢Willing to be the face to the customer, acting as an internal ‘service desk''€¢Proven experiences with Windows Server, Group Policy, Active Directory, Citrix XenApp, Blackberry Enterprise Server, mobile devices, printers and Bloomberg'€¢Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WIFI networks and technologies as well as leased lines'€¢Effective time management including ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize daily business as well as IT projects'€¢Experience in managing contracts and procurement of services for outsourced suppliers for IT systems, telecommunications etc.'€¢Experience in supporting users in a Bank environment would be helpful.'€¢Aptitude to work under pressure to challenging deadlines'€¢Willing and able to travel in accordance with role requirements (Europe & New York)
