The Role

The Business Change Manager will ensure that the new Customer Engagement Model is embedded in the Go-To-Market organisation, and that GTM leadership is well-positioned to drive/support the new ways of working. You will be a part of a newly formed Global Deployment team, and will oversee Business Change activities in one of four regions - Americas, Asia, Continental Europe/MEA and UK/I. You are, ultimately, responsible for delivering Transformational objectives and KPIs for the assigned region.

Candidate Description

A strong candidate will have demonstrated track record in driving large organisational change programs. You will have strong facilitation and communication skills in order to drive buy-in/adoption, excellent planning and logistical skills to deliver on scope, and business acumen to understand risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities include:

* For the assigned GTM Region, create a change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholder identification and sponsorship management, communications, training and organizational readiness assessment. Ensure content of communication, training and change activities to ensure focus on behavioral change.

* Work with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected within the GTM Region

* Identify human and organizational risks, and work with regional leadership or the Global Deployment team to devise and execute mitigation strategies.

* Provide program management to drive the execution of the OCM Plan for the GTM Region

* Conduct an 'initial' organizational assessment to determine the position of the GTM Region within the 'to-be' state, and conduct ongoing reviews to facilitate alignment.

* Manage and promote realistic expectations of the organization with regard to new systems and processes, as well as required commitment by GTM Regional leadership/management

* Drive specific change tasks and deliverables, and facilitate organizational change events when required (for example, a job impact workshop).

* Manage the implementation of the project communications strategy.

* Generate and maintain advocacy at the executive level of the respective organizations and stakeholder buy-in for the implementation project.

* Support the impacted businesses with information and detailed frameworks, where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary activities to minimize organizational risks.

* Measure effectiveness of change management plans and make adjustments where necessary
