Workday Project Manager required on an initial 6 month contract for a leading FTSE 100 energy company based in Sunbury. The Project Manager (Workday) will project manage the delivery of the functional, technical, payroll and data streams of activity associated with the delivery of the Workday Services Programme. They will work with Client leads and project managers for each of these areas along with SI partners.

The PM will have the following specific accountabilities:

** Bring together the existing functional, technical, payroll, testing, architectural and data activities set under one integrated plan

** Project manage the delivery of the integrated plan, working with the respective activity leads, project managers, SI and wider workstream leads

The job holder will work closely with a wide range of roles and teams:

** Global Process Lead, accountable for all functional requirements

** Functional Lead and Project Manager, accountable for solution configuration and post-go-live solution management

** Technical Lead and Project Manager, accountable for delivery of the technical integrations and end to end testing

** Data Lead, accountable for the data extract, mapping, conversion and cleanse activities

** IT&S Architect and/or delivery lead, accountable for architecture and security

** The SI partner, accountable for Workday design, build and implementation

Essential knowledge, experience & expertise

** Outstanding project management experience, acquired through multiple large project delivery in global organisations;

**Specific experience of operating within a complex global organisation which is geographically dispersed;

** Demonstrable experience of delivering Workday and complex integrations;

** HR SaaS product knowledge - (cornerstone, Success factors etc)

** Proven track record of influencing large teams of a diverse nature;

** Experience of working with the HR function;

** Able to manage budgets in excess of $5m annually;

** Able to manage project risks and dependencies;

** Ability to manage complex and senior stakeholder groups;

** Ability and confidence in managing activities with conflicting priorities;

** Team player, ability to lead and energize project teams;

** Risk & Issue Management.
