We are looking for an Inspiring Scrum Master to join a great company based in Bournemouth.

We are looking for a Certified (CSM/PSM) Scrum Master to help provide continuous improvement and delivery across 2 agile development teams, working within a department of agile teams.

We are looking for someone to continually optimise the effectiveness of our Agile teams, by improving their capability, interactions and practices, to efficiently deliver high quality, fit for purpose software solutions, within a Scrum Agile framework.

If you have a flexible approach and enjoy working in a busy and changing environment, then this may be a match made in heaven.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with proven experience within a software delivery environment that has followed Agile principles, practices and theory. You will need to have a clear and strong leadership style whilst being approachable and transparent.

Knowledge of technical practices in a Scrum team to increase efficiency, i.e. continuous integration environments and automation testing would be a great advantage. If you have an understanding of the role DevOps has to play in scrum teams, or have come from a development background then this is also great.

Knowledge and understanding of other agile methodologies is desirable, providing you with an ability to incorporate learnings as we continue to develop as an agile organisation.
