The Northern Trust provides a comprehensive range of health and social services to a population of almost 438,000, has a budget of £600m and employs circa 11,900 staff across a full range of medical, health and social care disciplines. The Trust delivers services from a range of facilities including two major general hospital sites, a mental health hospital, a number of local community hospitals and a range of community facilities as well as provision of care in the home.

The successful applicant will be required to provide corporate and strategic leadership while also leading operational services for ICT. As a member of the Strategic Planning and Business Services team, you will play a key role in delivering an ambitious programme of transformational change and service reform. You must be able to think strategically and deliver operationally. You are a resourceful, persuasive communicator and relationship builder who is capable of winning the confidence of our stakeholders.
