Assistant Planner - FTSE250 Global Organisation - £35,000 plus great benefits and career development opportunity
Assist with the creation and updating of resource loaded project programmes and the co-ordination of project management activities as directed by the Programme Development Manager.
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA:
* Production of appropriate plans that meet specified timescales and formats.
* To help promote more widespread use of adapted planning software to maximise plan creation utilisation and share best practice within the company.
* To assist the Access Planner where appropriate ensuring that possession applications are processed/cancelled correctly in a timely manner in liaison with all parties involved.
* Liaison with Project Managers internally and external PM's and Planners where our programme is to be merged with that of a Principal Contractor or Subcontractor.
BUSINESS AND PERSONAL COMPETENCIES
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ideally experience in managing and motivating small teams.

* Able to interact with client teams professionally.
