QA Team Leader
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a QA Team Leader to join a market leading and cutting-edge software house based in Hemel Hempstead. This role is perfect for someone with strong software testing experience, both manual and automation and great managerial and leadership qualities.
The successful QA Team Leader will be line managing 3 QA Engineers and responsible for continuously improving both the effectiveness, efficiency, and output of the QA team and providing them with coaching and mentoring as part of their personal development and continuous improvement.
Essential skills and experience required for the QA Team Leader:
* Strong manual and automation testing skills
* Experience leading a QA team
* Line management experience including conducting one-to-ones, writing appraisals, and creating personal development plans
* Experience working within an agile environment
* Excellent communication skills
This role could be great for someone who is still in the early stage of their QA leadership career, looking for the perfect opportunity to utilise and gain valuable managerial skills, whilst proving yourself by improving the existing QA function and team through strong people management and leadership.
Salary: Up to £40k + Benefits
