Skills set required

You must be able to operate at a high level using: -

- ASP, CSS, HTML, JavaScript (2yrs).

- .NET experience (2yrs), coding experience (5yrs): ability to write maintainable, shareable and transferable code (TDD).

- C# or other base language desirable.

- RESTful API design / General API design.

- SQL understanding and ability to interface with back end (2 yrs).

Main Responsibilities

- Development of new core product(s) and functionality.

- Design of self-contained, modular areas of the product so they can effectively and quickly evolve their product to customer needs.

- Functional testing of own code, and associated bug-fixing

- Creation of high-quality technical documentation, code notes and handover notes.

- Maintenance of the product and technical support.

Also:

- Self-starter with small team experience - filling gaps in DevOps, QA and Tech design comfortable with ambiguity and proactive ability to drive forward within a team.

- Work with non-tech people i.e. The senior management, marketing teams, commercial modelers, researchers and designers.

- Have the attitude that it's often better to build something and learn from it than to always

- Attempt perfection first time.

- Strong aspiration to grow and develop your skills and specialism by reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organisations.

- You motivate yourself & others to push forward to resolve ambiguities, rather sitting back.

- You routinely use customer, user and testing data to support and communicate options.
